This policy explains what information Automyx collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers our website and the Services we provide to business clients.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: your name, business name, email, phone number, and business details when you contact us, use the demo, chat with us, or become a client.
• Information we handle for clients: when a business uses our Services, we process details their customers share, such as names, phone numbers, emails, messages, appointment details, and call recordings or transcripts. We handle this information on behalf of that business and follow their instructions.
• Website chat: messages you type into our website chat are processed by an AI provider to write a reply.
• Technical information: our hosting provider may log basic technical details like your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, to keep the site running and secure.
• Visit counts: when you spend a few seconds on a page, our site records which page was viewed, how long, the type of device (phone, tablet or computer), your approximate city and state (worked out by our hosting provider from your connection at the time of the visit), and, if you opened a personal demo link we sent your business, the business name in that link. We don't use cookies for this and we don't store your IP address. We use it to know when someone has looked at a demo we prepared for them.
• Free instant plan: if you use our free plan tool, we receive your answers, any contact details you choose to give, and your approximate city and state. If you enter a website, we load that site's public homepage. Your answers and the homepage text are processed by an AI provider to write your plan. We use this to show you your plan and, if you left contact details, to follow up about it.

How we use information

• To provide, set up, and improve our Services
• To respond to you and send messages you asked for
• To bill clients and keep records
• To protect against fraud, abuse, and security problems
• To follow the law

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run Automyx, such as hosting, automation, email, phone, voice AI, and AI model providers, and only as needed to provide the Services. We may also share information if the law requires it. We don't sell your personal information or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as we need it to provide the Services or as the law requires. When a client leaves, we delete or return their customer data within 60 days unless we're legally required to keep it.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, such as secured accounts and two-step verification, to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know, delete, and correct, and the right not to be discriminated against for using these rights. If you're a customer of one of our clients, we may pass your request to that business. To make a request, email us.

Do Not Track

Our website doesn't track you across other websites and doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies, so it works the same way whether or not your browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal.

Children

Our website and Services aren't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date at the top when we do.
